Recipe for Our First Dressing
We have a proclivity for creating sweets and meals that we love and miss. However, we’ve reached a stage where we may prepare a delectable dinner and still want more. We could have gone with a ranch or blue cheese dressing, but we wanted something more refreshing, so we made a jalapeño cilantro sauce as our first dressing recipe. Isn’t that incredible.
Cilantro and Jalapeno Sauce Recipe!
The simple part is making it. The difficult part is choosing what to do with it. Simply combine the ingredients in a food processor and pulse until a creamy consistency is achieved. So simple, but so flavorful. You may make whatever changes you like to the components. For a fresher, creamier texture, add more cilantro, less jalapeño, or more sour cream. I was at war with myself over how to utilize it now. We had just finished making shrimp tacos using our low carb tortillas, which seemed like the ideal vessel, but we decided to try it with salmon and it elevated the fish to a whole new level! You may also use it as a salad dressing or a dipping sauce. Allow yourself to go a bit wild.
